Once you’ve purchased your session, I’ll be in touch the same day to arrange a date and time for us to speak – I can’t wait!
Your 1:1 training session with me will last around 60 minutes, but we’ll cover so much ground in that time!
Before we speak, I’ll have pulled together all the info I have on you, plus any initial questions/areas of concern we have already discussed so I am fully prepared with helpful tips and suggestions to maximise our time together.
